Hydraulic diaphragm metering pump, one kind of plunger diaphragm metering pump, is a metering pump designed by combining the characteristics of plunger metering pump and diaphragm metering pump. The contact part between the metering pump and the metered medium is a diaphragm, while the driving part is a hydraulic plunger.
Feature
The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump of RockySea Petro has the following advantages.
1. When transporting special media, double diaphragms with diaphragm rupture alarm device can be used to prevent accidents caused by media mixing with hydraulic oil when diaphragm rupture occurs;2. The metering accuracy is better than that of mechanical diaphragm pump, and the sealing performance is better than that of plunger pump.
3. No dynamic seal and leakage.
4. The flow control is realized by adjusting the stroke length and the speed regulation of the frequency converter, which can be automatically controlled remotely.
5. It can be equipped with digital controller of metering pump to realize digitalization, local and remote control.

Working principle
The basic working principle is similar to that of plunger pump. The reciprocating motion of the plunger pushes the hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil pushes the diaphragm to do reciprocating motion to realize the suction and discharge of the medium.
The plunger of the pump reciprocates with a certain stroke, and the hydraulic oil is squeezed into the diaphragm chamber and pushed out of the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a movable partition between the hydraulic oil and the conveying liquid. When the plunger moves forward, it pushes the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil acts on the diaphragm, and the liquid is discharged through the outlet check valve. During suction, the pump plunger will take the oil out of the diaphragm to move the diaphragm and suck the liquid through the inlet check valve to complete the continuous transmission of liquid.
